SoFi Stadium states that overnight parking or storage of equipment by guests in tailgating areas is not permitted, and that any vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.

What to do about it

Plan a SoFi deployment as a same-day operation with a hard departure, and book a separate overnight staging location for the nights either side. The stadium position and the overnight position are two different bookings.

What it costs if you don't

A towed hospitality unit recovered from an impound at your expense, with the activation, its stock and its staff base removed from the site during the event itself.

SoFi Stadium defines oversized vehicles as recreation vehicles, shuttles, buses, motorcoaches, or any motor vehicle with a seating capacity of sixteen or more people. For NFL games these park in the Hyundai Pink Zone, Lot P, with a Pink Zone Oversized Vehicle pass; for other events, in the Red Zone with a Red Zone Oversized Vehicle Only pass, entering via Century Boulevard onto Yukon Avenue.

What to do about it

Audit every vehicle in your plan by seating capacity, not by what you call it, and obtain an oversized credential for each one that reaches sixteen seats. A guest shuttle can be classified alongside the motorhome.

What it costs if you don't

SoFi states that vehicles without proper credentials will be redirected off-site. For a hospitality unit that is not a worse parking spot, it is the asset never reaching the venue.

Can you tailgate from an RV at SoFi Stadium, and what does it cost?

SoFi Stadium states that oversized vehicles are prohibited from tailgating areas unless an oversized tailgating pass was purchased, and that standard tailgating is permitted only in designated areas. On price it states only that parking fees vary based on each event and that parking fee details are announced as the event goes on sale.

What to do about it

Confirm in writing which credential you actually hold, because an oversized parking pass and an oversized tailgating pass are different products. Carry parking as an open budget line rather than committing a client to a figure, since SoFi publishes none.

What it costs if you don't
